At Herbal Support, we prioritize outsourcing products of the highest quality, and as a result, our refund policies are not flexible.
Nevertheless, we do consider refund requests in the following situations:
If the product is defective.
If you haven’t opened the product and choose not to use it.
Please note that in both cases mentioned above, the product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, and it must remain unopened.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipment charges, and the product must be returned within seven days from the date of purchase. Once we receive the return request, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours. The payment will be credited within 5-7 working days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
